Tech4u were great when the courier van carrying my product hit a kangaroo, rolled and caught fire. My product was burnt to a crisp but as soon as Tech4u heard about it they offered me a replacement and I received it within 3 days. That's great service! Thanks guys.

I have just put through my 2nd order with you, and did so due to the great service I received from Josh. I queried the delivery of my first order and he followed up for me without hesitation. Just as I got off the phone from him though, the order was delivered. Josh was very helpful, and I have today spoken with Sam (I hope I have his name correct) regarding this 2nd order who too was extremely polite & helpful. You have some great guys on your team.

I just wanted to leave feedback regarding your service.
Ive only good things to say about this company, your prices are great and the range is awesome. More importantly though, id just like to say that your staff are an absolute credit to this company. Ive had nothing but good experiences and they've been incredibly helpful.
Of particular note, I would like to thank Sam Corrie for all his help. Im no stranger to customer service jobs and I know how bloody difficult and thankless they can be. He's a top bloke who helped me with a few issues and it was greatly appreciated.
I hope that this feedback will be shown to Sam as my thanks and also trust that it will be put to any customer service awards you guys have in place.
Again, your an awesome company that really seems to be trying to offer the best prices and service to customers and its good to see cause most places nowadays are pretty damn average. I look forward to continued dealings with you.

Your customer service (although obviously largely automated) is EXCELLENT.
It's great to have updates on each change of status on the order, with a concise explanation of what the status means.
Certainly makes for a very good customer experience, that you're dealing with a company that is very professional in what it does.
I'll be recommending your website whenever possible!
